At GIGS, we take great care in crafting each product as they are made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide replacements under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Replacement Eligibility You are entitled to request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us with a clear statement of the issue and provide supporting evidence, such as photographs, to facilitate the process.

Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement at no additional cost and it'll will be redelivered within 21 days.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the claim is not supported by sufficient evidence.

Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Product If required, we may ask you to return the incorrect or damaged product before dispatching a replacement. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and the replacement will be redelivered within 21 days
